Why We Switched to a 4-Day Work Week—and Haven’t Looked Back!

I read an article today in @apnews about the slowly growing trend towards 4-day work weeks, and I had to laugh, with a simple “duh”.

🌍✨ 2 years ago, I moved our company to a 4-day work week, and we haven’t looked back! 🙌 I almost exclusively hire digital nomads because, let’s be real—if you can travel the world and work from anywhere, you’ve got the skills, creativity, and independence to be an amazing employee.

Our team is spread across different time zones and religions, and this new work structure has been a game-changer. The result? Higher productivity, better work-life balance, and, honestly, even I am a much happier boss! 😄 Not gonna lie—Monday through Thursday is intense, but those 3-day weekends are 😘👌.
