Not Just for Men: Embracing Jordanian Headdress My Way

Another highlight of my Jordanian desert - all dressed up for the occasion! Although this is a man’s headdress, I stand defiant in the face of stereotypes, so yes, I wore it proudly and boy, do I love it!

If you’ve seen my previous posts, you might also remember that I am a believer of staying out of the sun! Yes, despite all of my travel, for the sake of my skin, I absolutely will be that seemingly crazy person taking a walk along the beach, with a huge rain umbrella protecting me from the rays!

This headdress is no exception - stylish, *and* practical! Not only keeping the sun off me, but also great to pull up and block off the wind!
