Digital Nomad Perks: Late-Night Cafes and Community in Paphos

That feeling when you unexpectedly find a great cafe culture in the random place you’re traveling in! 👩‍💻

Paphos definitely brought this - with cafes staying open here until 11pm!

The lifestyle here feels almost Mediterranean with a slower pace of life - and families staying out much later. Perhaps this explains the cafes being open so late.

But this is a great bonus for remote workers like me who choose their own hours - and it IS something I noticed - lots of digital nomads and expats living here.

With Cyprus releasing a digital nomad visa in 2021, they are definitely ahead of the curve. Thanks to this the island boasts a growing number of coworking spaces with high-speed internet, and a bustling community of like-minded individuals. Definitely a great place to check out if you’re looking for a cost-effective, quiet place with good weather into the European winter months.
