Penn Station - A History Lesson All Entrepreneurs Need to Learn!

This architectural marvel in my former stomping grounds, New York City, recently got this gorgeous makeover. Wow wow wow! Walking through, I realized that I didn’t know the history of the station despite it being somewhere I have passed through hundreds of times during my years of living in NYC...

I won’t go into the details, but it is fascinating (and worth a Google - or see my story now for the link!). What’s most amazing about this is how this enormously huge (expensive!) project to connect the rest of America in the late 1800’s to New York, really had to, of course, be a step-by-step process with patience and persistence over more than 60 years from the beginning of the ideation to the completion of the vision.

Just reading through the process and history of this amazing place reminds me that as an entrepreneur - patience, persistence and self-belief really need to be kept at the forefront of your mind while you work through small achievable goals, to accomplish the HUGE DREAMS you have. And you CAN achieve them. You just need to keep going.
